What's the actual difference between the AC double deluxe attached bath and the normal AC double attached bath..

Some say the normal ones are singles converted to doubles while others are saying deluxe have 2 different rooms with attached bathroom so its kinda like single with sharing bathroom
Okay so I paid the 290k as the first installment and somewhere I read that the people to get admitted into mit in round 1 will get to choose hostels first, so I want that... I also want to continue the counseling for branch upgrade..
