Does anyone have firsthand knowledge of how this is handled? Do the parties discuss tfmr or include in the contract or is that totally taboo given the laws?

Royal princess toilet doesn’t work
Literally you can’t make this stuff up…our room toilet has been clogged for like 10 hours and they are totally clueless. We reported it right away and they’ve been “working on it” the whole time. No eta on it being fixed or anything. Wtf are we supposed to do?!
