I really need to vent about how the anime handled Ariel Anemoi Asura. For those who have read the source material, it is incredibly disappointing to see how much of her true personality was completely stripped away just to make her safe for television broadcast.

In the original text, Ariel isn't just a generic, elegant anime princess. She is an incredibly complex, uninhibited, and wild character whose private life and distinct eccentricities perfectly reflect the decadent nobility of the Asura Kingdom. I know her upcoming political arc will still be great, but it sucks that we will never get to see her full, unfiltered personality on screen. Anyone else feel completely let down by these changes?
