Samsung Note 9 (screen replacement failed)

As of now I’ve spent $180 at a repair shop, and personally done screen replacements with 2 different screens that should have worked.

I can only assume it’s a software issue with the motherboard at this point

I’ve also tried using a usb c hub to transfer the data but since the screen isn’t working at all it has been unsuccessful

All I want to do is retrieve the data on the phone and transfer it to another Samsung note 9

Any advice is appreciated

Buell Blast 2004

Battery is good, brand new spark plug, carburetor is clean as a whistle, even cleaned the air filter and re-oiled it; My first motorcycle and I really think its a minor issue but I can't figure it out

One day I was riding it and the engine shut off and its been like in the video ever since (video is taken today)

I'll be answering any questions and any help will would be appreciated
