Why are people expecting immediate results?

I don’t mean to harp on newer members. But I was in class the other day next to someone who was newer. Afterward she told me she was really impressed with how I did the workout (which was really nice).

She then told me she was 2 classes in and wanted to know how soon I started seeing results. I’ve seen a lot of discourse on here with newer members with ~10 classes asking about the results aspect and am not rly sure where it’s coming from. Results for me are being able to amplify and being stronger in my workouts etc. I started seeing that maybe 40-50 classes in, tbh. Physical results started when I changed my diet and prioritized protein. But I don’t deny myself any food. Idk. I know it’s a silly thing to harp on but I always wonder where people get the whole “results” thing from.

I wish we could switch into diff classes within the 10 hour mark

Sometimes it would be so helpful if I could have the option to change to a later class but on the same day. Solidcore should allow and just charge a small fee for the change so they can still make their profit. Idk.

Never posted here before but a video popped up in my tikok showing that guy running for mayor arguing with different people from the times union about why they won’t post coverage of his campaign. I’ve seen some of the previous posts about this guy but I don’t think newspapers are obligated to do coverage of campaigns, right? I dont think its a good look to keep arguing wit them. It seems kind of desperate. He gets good coverage on social media anyway. These local newspapers should be allies not enemies. I’m just confused why the times union is so against covering his campaign to the extent he needs to call them. Even if they don’t think he has a serious platform he is making waves and popping up in every social scene in Schenectady also is campaigning pretty uniquely, isn’t that a story at least?

I’m seeing a lot of yall having pretty nasty attitudes towards others in this sub. If you have nothing nice to say, then say nothing at all. I know it’s easy to hide behind the anonymity of Reddit, but I’d like to think this is meant to be an uplifting community of people who enjoy the workout and support one another. Do better, people.
