Stomach issues after starting HRT

I’m just wondering if anyone else has had this particular issue. I have been on tirzepatide since October and only had minor constipation issues. I started HRT 7 weeks ago (estradiol patch & 200 mg progesterone) and it seems that my bowels have shifted the total opposite direction. I LOVE how I feel otherwise on the HRT but it’s gotten so bad that I’m dizzy and lightheaded a lot of the time because I have diarrhea pretty much every morning. Not really stomach cramping just very loose bowels all the time. Often after I eat too. I don’t know if it’s coincidental timing or if one is affecting the other but I’m hoping for some input from others! (Btw 66 lbs down as of today!)

Why does my brain do this

I have quiet BPD and my brain constantly tells me to do something to end things. I don’t know what to do tonight. I can usually talk myself out of this but…struggling today. I have a good life. I am happily married (23 years) to the most supportive person ever..the love of my life. I have two kids (16/20) who I love so much but don’t really need me anymore. I have a ton of physical issues including fibro and chronic fatigue and can no longer work but am fighting for disability. My brain constantly wants me to OD. I have given in 3 times over the last 2 years. I have been in ICU one of those times. Inpatient hospitalization all 3. I love my people. Why do I still want to end this so badly?

Haven’t lost weight but…

I was getting pretty frustrated because after steadily losing 1-2 lbs per week since October I have gone the last month with only about a pound of weight loss (which of course comes and goes every few days). I was starting to feel like my clothes were fitting a little better despite this but figured it was in my head. Well exactly a month ago I thrifted a pair of size 10 jeans (woohoo!) and they were tight but they zipped. Here is the difference from one month ago to today. I’m not building muscle but I guess my weight is in a redistribution phase or something! I’m really glad I took that picture a month ago.
