More Choristers being a little slanderous and blasphemous
List of entirely real and canon members of Cyberstan high command
- Marshall Malevolent... yours truly (completely unrelated to any characters from 21st century Earth TV shows ignore the four heatblades)
- Warmaster Boris, he joined the collective after being blasted out of existence by a big man in golden armor in a different universe
- Comrade Cybrenti Borgia, Head of intelligence
- Cyber Stan, the Cyborg the myth the legend.
- Automa Tom, I heard he still has the amazing targetting systems and fast cooling weapons from the Severin Sector incursion because he's never been dismantled
- Mechaddon, the heck spoiler
- Hulkhow, the destroyer of worlds
- Voxinia Rex the Vox engine with the prion missiles
... you can help by expanding this list.
I did it. I managed to make Incandescent Aura do the most damage.
I had to screw around and aim away from the enemies sometimes (especially on Typhon) because fine line would have totally stolen the show. the damage tics from Aetheric moonburst were around 300 each. the damage from Born gain activating was over 5000
edit: I forgot a 0 after 500
The issues with the targetting systems of the children are getting out of hand
Today on Clasa I watched a rocket devastator lose a duel to a single SEAF trooper.
Because its rockets were spent and it could not hit a single shot with its arm cannon.
We need to help the Automaton Legion regain their performance from their incursion into the Severin Sector at the start of the war.
Looking for an anime (probably a movie) that kinda traumatized me as a kid
Core childhood memory of mine. This was around 2007. I was still awake way too late for a 7 yo. And lo and behold something absolutely not appropriate for children was on TV.
It was one of those classic era anime movies I think (judging by aesthetic).
The setting looked kind of post apocalyptic/ warzone. And the characters were fighting black bulky looking robots/ cyborgs.
And one character, I think it was a woman got their head crushed by one of the robots.
How many comrades does it take to save becca from getting smashed ?
Can't keep her down.
Just did some "Field Reconnaisance" and "Capability assessment" during the assault on Choepessa.
- Watched whole squads of troopers fail to kill small groups of future SE military personnel
- Watched squads of troopers get destroyed by much fewer SEAF troopers without ever firing a shot at the fascists because they took too long to process the enemy presence.
- Rocket raiders and troopers are still missing helldivers by whole multiple degrees of firing angle and taking multiple seconds (during which they usually die) to react to Helldiver movement
- The new Heavy devastators still like to shoot into the ground rather than aim at HELLDIVER SCUM
- Bruiser hulks... we might aswell only produce Scorcher Hulks because what's the point of ranged weaponry
- Tanks are still lazy.
- Most Helldiver casualties were self inflicted
- Gunship Fabricators still like to sleep through entire engagements
The Automaton legion needs some help. They're not very effective when the Incineration corps and Cyborg Legion aren't there to pick up their slack.
If this continues we need to rename ourselves to Jobberstan.
Infernal hot take about the potential implementation of Satan and Lucifer and Lilith:
They shouldn't be aligned with the Court of the Seven headed serpent. Perhaps even opposed to the war.
They should be "the adults" in hell who find the whole idea of invading earth with (a lot of) physical violence stupid. for good reasons.
Satan is in a constant state of rage about the idiocy of the war council and the existential horror of having to deal with bickering aristocrat politics.
Lucifer is above it all and focuses on higher ambitions and schemes.
Lilith is the mom in hell who goes to the court as a mediating (and powerful enough to scare them) figure. She volunteers for this because if Satan has to go everyone in attendance cries afterward.
potential reasons they may find the war dumb:
-Hell has accomplished much too little for the price of literally showing mortals the horrors of hell and ontological evil.
-Other than the "cosmic moral dilemma" of people born in heretic territory not really having much of a chance at salvation hell has not managed to challenge God
-Too much of evil part of the "problem of evil" can be directly and obviously pinned on hell which makes it less of a philosophical challenge
-All the torture and horror are bad optics and remove the enticing and tempting element of hell.
-They had a bit of character growth and feel pity rather than hate for mortals who were created as sheep (powerless creatures) and have to either suffer under hell or suffer in service of YHVH.
-They see YHVH as a narcissistic sadist and think that all the suffering caused by hell is only making him enjoy himself more because mortals are overcoming extreme hardship in his name
-They'd prefer if humanity inflicted all these evils on themselves rather than hell being the direct cause (like)
-They would rather have hell focus on turning heaven to rubble than New Antioch.
Satan and Lucifer could have their own combined faction called the "Cult of the twin throne" or something. Which comes into conflict with both heaven and hell factions.
For it's units it could use WW2 fascist and soviet aesthetics mixed with draconic elements for Satan and angelic for Lucifer (both of them were rebellions against authority and have a great villain aesthetic and lots of depictions of Lucifer show him as the ideal "Aryan") and making them have more "modern" units could make them distinct and go with the whole theme of going for the bigger game rather than the war.
Imagine Stuka dragons that use sharp exploding scales as machine cannons and hateful souls in the form of flaming skulls as bombs.
Also for the implication that WW2 was the work of the devil... themes and such
Their faction would care more about the big picture of eventually defeating God rather than the war on earth. And they'd come into conflict
Satan or Lucifer could also be the guys playing both sides and offering aid to the faithful to turn them away from God (while punishing the court for its idiocy) which could create a "human aligned" faction that serves the true rulers of hell.
Anyone else find it weird that...
You don't really get an option to say no once you talk to Moros and Eris about getting intimate ?
And that it's very rare that you can give Icarus his undead viagra ?
The only one who works the same as Than and Meg in Hades 1 is Nemesis (except that you meet her outside)
Is this a deliberate choice about their characters and place in the mythology of hades 2 ?
Moros and Eris being something that just happens to you. Nemesis being obessed with fairness so she always asks. Icarus being a shyboy mortal who doesn't think it's his place to make the first move ?
We need to upgrade our artillery.
Why do the stationary mortar emplacements have the same damage as our handgrenades which are already just barely enough to kill SEAF soldiers if they land close. (the grenades also need an upgrade. they are already easy for the enemy to throw them back so they should atleast be effective with that long fuse time)
They also need more range for their communications because they only shoot when a comrade within their communications range is engaged with an enemy.
They are often completely ineffective against Helldivers.
Also Barrager tanks should have the same communications as mortars. They often go without firing a single shot because for some reason a mobile artillery piece needs direct line of sight.
Why is the Shotgun of the Radicals so much worse than the one the conflageration devastators use ?
We are a collective and we should share technology for weaponry that is effective against fascist scum !
I love bullying Chronos by using his own element against him.
(I could have totally killed him faster with the special that did a about one thousand damage but I didn't I just waited for the damage over time instead)
