So, I work in a kitchen. Among many other things on our menu, broasted chicken. Just went and checked what day it was pulled to thaw...

My question, what is the general restaurant health regulations for thawed chicken shelf life? I googled chicken shelf life in general, and seen 1-2 days after thawing...which doesn't give me a good feeling about thr answer im seeking. Lol.
