Joining the force with a history of mental health

Hello!

I want to join the force however I have previously struggled with my mental health. I do not have any official diagnoses, only referrals to talking therapies and two GP appointments considering OCD medication. I did not end up going on long-term medication and I have learned to manage and overcome my issues to a point where they dont really affect my daily life.

Would this be something to mention? And how do I express that this does not affect me anymore and I am able to healthily manage my mental health?

How often should I run?

Hello! Im 19 and I recently started running and got back into weight lifting/working out in general. I have made myself a plan where I run twice a week. Once its a long run/speed run (I do a long run one week and a speed run the next) and the second time is a recovery run. I hope that makes sense.

I am using the Nike Run Club app, specifically the guided runs for beginners. I was wondering if 2 runs a week and alternating between speed and long runs is enough? (Alongside the rest of my workout plan).

My goal is to one day be able to run a marathon. For now I just want to run a 5K.
