Any tips on how to reach 20k and do it consistently
Hi everyone
I usually average between 7,000 and 12,000 steps per day, but I've never been able to consistently reach 20,000 steps.
No matter how hard I try, I seem to fall short.
For those of you who regularly hit 20k steps
How do you fit them into your day?
How long does it usually take you?
Any habits or tricks that helped you stay consistent?
I'd appreciate any advice.
