So since 4.5 mm auto loading airguns exist, and electric gel blasters exist, and spring 6mm exists, what are the legal issues with airsoft? Are they too realistic? What's stopping someone from starting import/manufacturing of airsoft, i understand this community is small, but vintage automobile lobby got their 50 year limit approved, is the airsoft community not united enough to ask for European and uk style restricted laws, that is a well set standard.

I am not a manufacturer but I am an enthusiast of firearms and tactical training, real firearms are already restricted, as is in the uk, having airsoft guns and replica will not only allow safe play but also work in favour of rifle training for many NCC cadets and some shell ejection replica looks good on screen instead of blank firing guns.

Tldr:- airsoft guns are not only toys but also help with training and film props, why can't we have common sense regulations for them

So I just now came across this subreddit and went through a few posts, I would love to know how different the Indian community is compared to more free communities like the Americans, because they seem to have a stash box for everything from food, water to medical stuff even defence such as firearms and full combat gear, so far all my proper knowledge comes from the youtubers dirty civillian and grand thumb, both being mainly guntubers, i know the laws are very different so would love to know how you guys function with the current situation

hi guys, i recently turned 20 and i have decided that i want to be a gun owner in India, despite it being very difficult, growing up and watching USA based youtubers have helped me with the knowledge and theory for firearms and safe handling and training, i am currently a student but i am spending my free time researching and learning as much as i can before i am capable of becoming a license holder and owner, i do realize it is a very expensive hobby too, while researching about a few 2011 platform guns and the geam tusker 2011, i came across the India guns you tube channel, it was really good and informative not only about the 2011 but also took good care of safety and discipline.

really glad to have found the youtube page and this subreddit, hope i get to learn more.

not just F1, although it is catching up, I'm saying GT world challenge, IMSA, WEC, Nürburgring, le mans, endurance races, spec series like Porsche cup and Lamborghini trofeo, etc. even Sim racing like ACC, iRacing or anything else.

The GT scene in India feels incredibly fragmented. There might fans, sim racers, drivers, and teams, but no central community consistently creating content, sharing news, discussing races, and growing the audience. I mean I'm not the only Indian that likes GT racing

Would anyone be interested in forming a small community (Discord/Reddit) dedicated to GT racing in India? i was thinking of a simple goal, regularly post, discuss races, create content, and slowly build awareness for GT racing in the country. hopefully we can encourage people to do track days instead of treating public roads like runways.

it would be great to know if GT enthusiasts exist. thanks.

I made a sauce as a late night snack but it's taste feels like a proper sweet spicy sauce, i would like some opinions on if it's good or just my taste.

The recipe is

3/4 cup jaggery

3 tablespoons of sugar

4 gram peri peri spice

5 dash of hot and sweet ketchup

1/2 cup water

Mix in a bowl and dry reduce the water to achieve a slightly thick consistency.

The taste starts with sweetness and goes towards the peri peri spicy. Then the after taste of peri peri spice.

I feel it will go well with the following dishes

1. As garnish on popcorn

2. On plain toasted bread

3. Fried potato/french fries

4. Fried chicken

but I can't be sure, i live in a college dorm and we have a lot of restrictions on cooking in the room. I have come to these conclusions purely based on the taste of this sauce. I think this might also work as a marinade but it's just a shot in the dark.

It would be very helpful to get some opinions on this sauce.

Thanks guys beforehand
