Hello, I recently sold a top and legging set brand new on Vinted. The buyer is claiming their parcel was damaged and the leggings were missing.
However I have a video showing me packaging both items (I felt a bit nervous about this buyer and thankfully recorded it) and the POD photo from Evri shows the parcel in their letter box and there is no hole in the bag. I pointed this out to the buyer and they’ve ignored me since.
You can only see one side of the parcel but that’s the side they’re claiming was damaged so its definitely a false claim.
I hear that Vinted always seems to side with the buyer. What chance do I have in this case and how can I argue my case?
