Spencer Opal Triplets, circa 1972, sterling signed

bolo tie was acquired for my grandfather most likely purchased in 1970 Ish. I was wondering if these are authentic opals or Opalite? Bolo is Sterling silver and Western Indian Artist made.

I am thinking this would make a sweet gold coin pendant for my wife. Would take to local GoldSmith and have the pendant made. Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Gold Stater bought on auction. Contemplating having it appraised/auctioned. thanks so much for the previous comments and ideas, so insightful! is this the "Statère à l'œil" (Stater with eye) minted by the Remi tribe of Belgic Gaul? or something else, hopefully not fake 🫣
