Felt dizziness in ny first day

I went to the gym for my very first day today and ended up having a bad energy crash and intense dizziness right after working out. I started with a quick warm-up and light dumbbell shoulder raises, but then jumped into heavy sets on the barbell bench press and the chest butterfly machine. Right after finishing, my eyes started closing on their own, my head was spinning, and my energy completely vanished. I had to pretend to be on a call just to leave, and driving back home was really tough because of the severe lightheadedness.

Before heading out, I ate 1.5 eggs, a banana, and drank a glass of milk. My main goal is to lose weight and build a solid body recmposition but I want to make sure my body doesn't suffer like this again.

Is this kind of sudden dizziness normal for a beginner on day one, or did my blood pressure and blood sugar just drop off a cliff? I would love to know what I should eat or drink before heading in, and how long before the workout, to keep my energy steady. Also, how should I structure a light, 35-minute routine for my first week so I can adapt safely without draining myself completely?

pc or ps5 what to buy??

AOA everyone I need some advice.

I had saved up to buy a PS5 Slim, but due to the rising prices of PS5 and games, I've started changing my mind about buying one. I'm not really interested in GTA 6 either, so that isn't a deciding factor for me anymore.

Now I'm confused about whether I should build a PC instead. My budget is around PKR 150k, but most of the builds I see in this range come with a GTX 1660 Super. Since it's quite an old GPU, I'm not sure if it's still worth buying in 2026.

I'm a complete rookie when it comes to PCs, so I'd really appreciate your advice. Should I go for a PC AND WHAT SPECS CAN IGET INSTEAD OF THIS AND IS IT A GOOD IDEA TO BUY

USED GAMING PC FROM OLX , save up for something better, or reconsider the PS5? Please guide your brother. Thanks!
