Guys i am an 18F and i have never went to gym. I am not doing anything exercise that builds arms. I do go running. I also do not miss my daily walks ever. The only thing that might be working my arms out is archery but that’s only 30 shots once a week and the bows aren’t that heavy. My muscles do not even feel sore the next day. These look pretty defined in good lighting and definitely bigger irl.
My diet is an average pakistani diet excluding the heavy oils cuz mama ka gall bladder nahi to avoid kartay hain. Most of the protein that i consume comes from the 3 eggs that i eat daily. Other than that there isn’t a major protein source in my diet except like 2-3 chicken ki botian. I do not consume sugar at all on most days other than fruits. Even when i do, it’s in the form of shakar or honey.
I have muscles all over my body and there isn’t much fat either except for my arms. I naturally store most of my fat in my chest arms and hips. But my arms are the only thing that make me look fat when i am not flexing. Any tips on how to either loose the muscle or to get leaner so the muscles get more definition when i am not flexing.
TLDR; i do not workout my arms and the protein in my diet isn’t much either. I naturally store fat in the arms which combined with the muscles make me look fat when i am not flexing. Need advice on how to loose the muscle or get leaner so they are more defined.
Hello everyone !
Im a girl and i just started Calorie deficit diet and i walk daily 10k steps
No sugar No fried Stuff and no extra oil
Im wondering if im counting my Calories right .. i use a calorie counting app .. also ask chatgpt too .. I add every ingredient in the app and im on 1600 calories per day
How do u people keep track of your calories ? also should i get a kitchen weighting scale ? Does it help with counting calories easily?
Changing your body , even by the slighest is one of the hardest things ever. You can get lucky in an exam , business , career , but your body is a direct representation of your habbits , there is no luck involved
I have alot more to grow but i will be back in a year inshallah.

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some honest advice on where I currently stand physique-wise and how I should structure my training going forward.
I’m trying to build a well built, strong and athletic physique rather than an extremely aesthetic/bodybuilding-focused one. Ideally, I want bigger arms, a well-developed chest, broad shoulders/back, a relatively flat stomach, and overall good strength and athleticism.
I’m a bit unsure about what direction to take from here:
Should I cut first to get leaner, then start a lean bulk?
Or would it make more sense to start building muscle now and worry about cutting later?
What kind of training split would suit my goals best?
How should I structure my routine so I’m building muscle while also improving strength and athleticism?
Should I keep doing cardio, particularly treadmill/rowing, and if so, how much?
How would you recommend I progress my current gym routine rather than constantly changing exercises?
I’d also appreciate some feedback on my current physique what areas are relatively developed, what needs the most work, and what I should prioritize.
I just want to look big, strong, fit and athletic, with noticeable arms/chest and a flat-ish stomach.
Any advice on the best way to approach the next 6–12 months would be appreciated.
I've been consistant and everything and im happy with my physique. Any tips or anything on should I focus on some area specifically of somthing
Slowly getting back to my former glory. Honestly I was pressing so hard I couldn't feel how deep I actually went but it LOOKS like I could have gone deeper.
I'm not sure I physically could have, but do you guys think this depth is okay?🤣
Decided to take my health serious yesterday. I ate desi chicken (butt karahi) two days in a row and already see results. Any tips?
Kinda see the bump over the muscle already.

Hi, I am an 18 year old who weighs around 67kgs while being 5'8. I have sm fat in my body which I want to reduce, while building muscle. I am trying to measure my calories but it gets difficult, any idea where I can get one of those little weighing scales which I can use to measure the amount of food I'm eating in grams so I can track calories properly?
Do yall weigh your chicken breast raw or cooked?
And how much do yall take it daily
