HELP. I've been getting electrolysis on my lady beard every 3 weeks for the past 18 months and believe I'm not seeing any results yet. For example, one hair on the side of my neck has been there since the beginning. My technician says it's because more hairs keep coming (I have PCOS). However, I'm unsure whether it's the PCOS or her technique.
Should I keep waiting or try another tech?
I inherited this engagement ring set from my late mother who died in 2022. The man who proposed with them was a dodgy fellow, so I never thought they had much value, especially since they looked like silver. However, upon recently checking, I realised they were all stamped with 375. I also noticed that some gold colour is showing through where the rings appear worn (see last photo).
Is it a thing to plate different metals over gold? I plan on taking them to a jeweller (along with a bunch of other stuff that I plan to remodel), but just wanted an opinion here first.
