[Offer] Ramdom happy mail [US to WW]

I’ve finally acquired some stamps, so I’m looking forward to sending out some mail! There are a lot of questions on the form because I want the freedom to send mail whenever the mood strikes, so if you aren't okay with receiving unexpected mail, this isn't for you. Only six of the questions are required.

If you prefer mail on specific days, you can choose that option. I’ll try not to bombard you, but I make no promises! Also, selecting a specific day doesn't guarantee you'll get something. I'm pretty broke and have to prioritize necessities, and sadly, stamps aren't high on that list.

Lastly, I am in no way an artist, but I decorate almost every envelope and include drawings inside, so my apologies in advance, you will have to suffer through those!

If all of this sounds good to you, here’s the link. If you skipped reading this and just clicked the link... good luck, you're in for a wild ride.

Sites or apps specifically for journaling that let you customize the heck out of it?

I don't do a lot of journaling. I usually fill up a cute dollar tree notebook about once a year. I mostly use it to write down recipes, keep a daily or monthly calendar, sketch, save receipts, and leave reviews or summaries of books, shows, and my day.

It's kind of a weird mix of junk journaling and traditional journaling, but I'm trying to move it all to digital because it's easier to organize and far less messy.

Does anyone have good recommendations that might work for me?

[Thank you]

Thank you u/milopfrog for the postcard! I love the postcard featuring the painting of the two cats on the front. The lynx sticker on the back is so cute, and it made me laugh that your cat forced you to sit on the floor to write it. Sending my best back to you and your cat!

Thank you u/snoutsbooper for the postcard! I absolutely love the vintage Acadia design on the front along with all the inspiring sticker additions. I had actually never heard the Herman Melville quote on the back before, but I love it!

Thank you u/nayonayomee for the Kiki's Delivery Service postcard! It's such a cute image of Kiki relaxing on the grass, and I couldn't agree more with your note about magic and cats being the best combination. I loved all the charming decorations and stamps you added on the back as well!

Thank you u/HAPAIT20 for the postcard! I liked the picture on the front, it is nice to look at, and I might even frame it because it's so pretty! Your calligraphy is very good and absolutely impressive. Your story about getting regifted your own pen after all those years made me laugh. I've never been gifted something that was already mine, so that story was crazy!

[Thank you]

Sorry for being late to say thank you! I know some people prefer to send a single thank you at the end of the month, and I tried giving that a shot, but it felt completely wrong and weird to me. I gave up and went back to saying it right away. I might try doing a weekly thank you instead because that way I don't feel the intense need to respond immediately, but the messages still have a chance to accumulate.

Thank you u/TigerLady13 for the card! I enjoyed the picture on it—very mossy. I checked out "Spam" by Save Ferris; I’ve never heard anything like it before 😂. It was very amusing! If I ever cook or eat Spam again, I will definitely be humming this.

Thank you u/murdocniccalshasT1D for the card! I love your new username stamper, and the image on the card was beautiful. Definitely one of my favorite postcard images.

Thank you u/Dat_Boysenberry3160 for the card! I loved the unique fashion photo on the front, and your message really made me smile. You might actually be right about riding your horse to drop it off faster, given how long local mail can take. Being in the same town, riding over would've definitely been faster!

Thank you u/Eastern-Witch829 for the card! I was so pleasantly surprised to receive both of them, and it made me laugh reading that you wrote the second card after forgetting about the first. I loved the sticker with the dancing lady on the second card, as well as the inspiring "Don't stop believing in yourself" sticker on the first. Please pass along a huge thank you to your sister for the awesome squiggly doodles. I loved them and was honestly shocked to feel a bit of texture on them!

u/freyamour, thank you for the postcard! I love the personalized sticker you have with your subreddit and username—it's so smart and makes sending a thank-you so much easier! 😊

Work in progress

I wanted to try something new with an item I just received! It seemed like a good idea in theory, but I definitely used the wrong pen. Next time, I'll try again with a much finer nib so I can write smaller.

Recommendations for free, age-appropriate mail for kids (ages 7-12)

Hey all, I’ve been getting some mail recently and my younger siblings are a little jealous! I’m looking for some sites or companies that will send fun, age-appropriate mail to them completely for free. They are 7-12, so I wanna find something fitting for that age group. Any recommendations? 😊
