How does this company have an app in 2026 that seems to never work??? Yesterday and today…no order history, no point, no offers, cannot locate stores…why have an app if it never works!?

Does This Piss Anyone Else Off?

I just saw this post and it really irritated me. WHY do select people get Mosaic 1 with SEVEN tiles?! How is this fair?! I know there are often status promos but this seems excessive.
