I finally managed to get over the 2000 points threshhold with my OBR.

This army was a bit of a rollercoaster as a hobby project. I started with it over a year ago with the spearhead. But my motivation for it waned and waxed to such an extent that I painted 3 whole other armies (Ogors, Fyreslayers and Ironjaws) in-between taking breaks from this one.

But it is finally done and it gave me drive to paint some Elites and Arkhan next.

Finished painting the Manifestations of Khaine today. Really happy how they turned out.

Tried to do some Freehand for my new army. Inspired by a Shadowqueen art piece from the Battletome. First time painting something like this from scratch.

Thinking about starting DoK and painted the Crimson Lash Regiment of Renown as a test.

Tried some new highlighting with the leather. (inspired by the box art.)

For bases I wanted to lean into the whole Greek tragedy, Medusa and Snake themes and tried to go Mediterranean.
