This company and its parent company is ridiculous. You genuinely can spend 120€ on a headset and not be able to get a free replacement connection dongle without having a receipt. Sure it sounds stupid but I got my hyperx cloud 3 a year ago in Lithuania, paid with cash and didn’t keep my receipt. Now later on I moved to the us and hyperx can’t provide me a single dongle without my receipt. This is just stupid, I shared my serial code. They can look up when and where it was bought.

Hey guys, I recently moved from Lithuania to the us and I took my b550 a pro, 32gb ddr4 Corsair vengeance ram, 1tb ssd, rtx 5060 and my arctic liquid freezer with me and bought a brand new case and psu. After reassembling everything it still won’t turn on.

I have a hyperx cloud 3 headset and lost its dongle while moving to the us. Hyperx support doesn’t have any and no major retailer seems to have any either? I’m genuinely just considering on throwing this headset away and just switching to something else !

While I was moving I might’ve lost my hyperx cloud 3 headset dongle and long story short, I can’t find it anymore.

1: can I get a replacement? If so how much is it? I don’t mind paying.

2:Where can get a new one? I the headset back in Lithuania, Vilnius in a store called “game room” but now I am in florida, miami
