I walked into the ER in deep withdrawal, just told them I was going through withdrawal and they didnt judge me at all, treated me with ativan, eventually suboxone and put me on a weeks worth suboxone. Even the doctors and nurses acknowledged how much of a problem Kratom/7oh is becoming, they said they're seeing loads of people check themselves in everyday. I feel like a new person. Its OK to check yourself in for help.

I threw away my entire supply in some random trash can in some gas station 20 miles away. $450 worth of it, gone.

Last night was the worst night so far, I almost caved. I didnt though, today hasn't been all roses and daisies either but hoping it starts to ease up.

I was so close to relapsing, I cant lie. All night long bugs were crawling on my skin, legs restless, itchy, micro sleeping for 5 minutes at a time, sweating. Possible one of the worst nights of my life. Here's to hoping it only improves from here. I took every medicine in my drug cabinet I thought could help, trazodone, benadryl, muscle relaxants, NSAIDs. Absolutely fuck the green leaf, no way I can do this again.

I've been through opiate withdrawal, so I'm aware of some of the impending pain, but I also know its only temporary. Hoping I can dodge the insomnia, I can handle everything else.

Refuse to let a leaf control my life anymore, especially with synthetic 7oh being put in shit now, I cant take the chance of ingesting that gas station cocaine.
