AirGradient ONE DIY kit versus Apollo AIR-1?
I want to get some insights into the air quality in my apartment before selecting an air purifier. Now, I live in a 100m² duplex apartment in Europe (town setting) with a large open ceiling/void connecting both floors.
My layout:
Ground Floor (50m²): Open living/computing area, toilet, bathroom, and bedroom.
Top Floor (50m²): Dining area, entrance hall, and kitchen.
Other factors:
Budget: < 300 EUR
Household: Single, no pets, non-smoker, no allergies.
Cooking: Induction hob with an extractor hood that vents directly outside.
Ventilation: No MEV/MVHR, but I manually air out the apartment for multiple hours daily.
Purifier Plan: I am looking to buy one soon (considering the Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier 4 Pro) and control it automatically via HA based on these metrics.
Other recommendations are certainly welcome as long as they're available in Europe, are FOSS friendly, and integrate with Home Assistant.
