kpop and football fans are very similar!!

this is most directed at football fans as they tend to deflect this statement. but football fans and kpop fans are very similar and football fans usually see this as an insult when it's true. they spend a lot of money to see men on a pitch and yell over them, but when kpop fans do the same (but for music) it's criticised heavily. not to mention that some fans even collect football cards and sleeve them.. like come on now. and the constant edits I see of footballers is just another point. but yeah the double standards are crazy, just because football is normalised and more globally adapted. anyways it's just funny to see how defensive people get over this when it's true

idols should be held accountable more often

I have seen so many cases of idols/groups being disrespectful, homophobic, racist, etc. and people claim to hold them accountable and then forget about it in a week. especially if a group is really popular, they get let off so easily (bts & blackpink). and I'm not saying this is the case for every group but clearly people are able to hold idols accountable like they did with kiss of life and they did end up apologising. A lot of people did not accept their apology which is valid, but my point is that people are picking and choosing. Because I know if BTS did the same people would defend them even though they're fully grown men. I think groups like them should've been held more accountable, especially since (personally) I haven't seen a single apology from them. I'm not trying to target them but they're prime examples of this. but my point stands

music quality has fallen off

I'm not saying this is the case for all groups but some groups have released music which isn't necessarily that great, at least in my opinion. and I think it's because there's a big trend going on in kpop to make more unique songs, particularly under HYBE (from what I've observed). it's honestly sad to see, because 2016-2023 kpop has been great and it's just fallen off I guess

Ateez hyde park - how to get a good view?

I've been to Hyde park before for straykids in 2023 but that was for GA. This time I'm seeing Ateez in GC (gold circle) and Im wondering when to arrive to get a good view or possibly even barricade. It's a festival and not a concert so I don't know if they'll hand out wristbands or anything. This is my first GC experience and I'm nervous as I'd like to see the boys as close as possible. Any tips?

Enha London o2 GA inquiry

I'm going to the London show at the O2 for enhypen and I was wondering how the system works for general admission (GA) as I can't seem to find any videos online about it. Is there any numbering? If so, is the numbering based on how early you queue or whether it's based off when you bought the ticket..? Also if anyone who's been to any GA enhypen concerts and got a good view, how early did you line up? Id appreciate any info about GA in general!
