Which Star Wars games should I get on the switch?

I’m just wondering which Star Wars games run well on the switch. I’m thinking of getting a couple from this list:

  • KOTOR 1 and 2
  • Jedi Academy
  • Jedi Outcast
  • Republic Commando
  • Force Unleashed
  • Battlefront Classic Collection

I’ve seen the heritage games pack as well, but some reviews say it can be quite buggy.

Thank you!

Hi! I’m a 16 y/o female who is interested in starting figure skating soon. I’m wondering what a realistic path or progress timeline looks like for someone starting this age. I know I’m not going to the Olympics or anything, but I’m interested in how I can still compete locally, and maybe during college In the future.

I’ve been skating a few times a year just for fun since I was around 4ish, so I’m comfortable on the ice.

For people who started later, especially other girls:

  1. How long did it take for you to do different skills?

  2. Did you take lessons?

  3. Did you practice outside of lessons and how many times a week/how long?

  4. When did you start competing? How do you join competitions?

  5. Did you join a skating club? What’s that like? The one nearest to me is Peninsula Skating Club in South Bay Area.

Basically I’m just trying to get a picture of what figure skating might look like for me. Any other advice would be great, thank you!

About a year ago, I decided to stop my piano lessons as I wasn’t motivated to play. Honestly, I never really was, and because of that I never really practiced or improved. I initially began learning piano by myself when I was younger, and later reached out to my parents to start lessons with a teacher. I think my motivation/interest declined because I wasn’t really ”challenged” by either my teacher or the pieces I was learning. I could basically practice right before class and still be praised by my teacher for my improvement.

At the time I stopped by lessons, I was playing the equivalent of ABRSM level 3 pieces fluently. I was never able to learn how to sight read—though I can read notes very slowly using EGBDF and GBDFA. This was mainly because I was always able to play by ear really well. My teacher would play a piece for me and I would be able to play it by looking at the sheet music and “sounding it out”, but not reading it(if that makes sense).

So I guess I have two questions.

  1. How should I get back into playing pieces again?

  2. How can I learn sight reading and music theory?

Any other suggestions are welcome! Thank you!
