Do you know any U.S. universities that are still open for international applications (possibly with rolling admissions) and offer full-ride scholarships?

(I do not belong to any ethnic group that is typically eligible for ethnicity-based scholarships at U.S. universities, and I am not a U.S. citizen.)

While researching , I saw that the final (third round) application deadline was listed as April 30. However, when I tried to submit my application yesterday, I noticed that the deadline had changed to April 25.

I have already sent an email but have not received a response yet. Could you please let me know if it is still possible to submit my application?

1)I applied on April 1st. When can I expect to hear about an interview invitation or a decision? If there is no update, would it be appropriate to email them after 10–15 days to mention that I need to respond to another university and ask about my application status?”

2)Do you know of any undergraduate students who took a gap year before attending Westlake? I am currently on a gap year, and I’m worried it might be a disadvantage, although I have strong reasons for it.”

3)My overall IELTS score is 7, but my speaking score is 6 because I was very nervous during the test. Could this make them think I won’t perform well in an interview and lead to rejection?
