Know nothing about law school odds, career change

I have been a teacher for 3 years and a texas resident for all 25 years of my life. I’d prefer to stay in Texas for law school, or the south as a whole. I did poorly in undergrad due to undiagnosed bipolar which was caught and handled by junior year. Overall GPA is 3.34 but got Dean’s List for the last 5 semesters. I have a Master’s degree, to which I graduated with a 4.0.

GPA: 3.34
LSAT: 174 (i only did a week of prep, will probs retake)
INVOLVEMENTS: multiple sorority offices, academically published paper, teacher for 3 going on 4 years, district related educator award

What are my targets/reaches/etc. ? New to this all

Unique Situation

Hello!

I have a unique circumstance as far as law school applications go and I haven’t seen much specific advice/chances.
I am a full-time elementary teacher entering my 3rd year teaching. I have a Master’s degree in education and my bilingual certification. I don’t feel like teaching is the right fit for me.

I know law schools only look at BA GPA and mine was not too great as i was dealing with a chronic health condition freshman and sophomore year but was able to get it handled for junior and senior. I took the LSAT but I was wondering if it was even worth trying to apply. I’m interested in schools in Texas but anywhere in the south is good. I can retake the LSAT. I was a history major in undergrad.

Undergrad GPA: 3.4
LSAT: 168
Grad GPA: 3.89

Hair Salons/Stylists?

Does any woman here know any good stylists/salons? I moved here recently and am in dire need of a cut. I don’t need any type of speciality service, no color or anything just a layered mid length bob. I don’t have hard hair to work with. Bonus if they’re on the cheaper side (less than $80) or have a student discount!!

walking/run clubs for young women in the area?

Hi!
I (23F) recently moved here for grad school at Texas State and in my undergrad town I was a member of a young women’s walk/run club social group and I was wondering if anything like that existed here? I’ve been trying to search but everything I’ve seen gears more towards an older or younger than me crowd so I’d love some help!! I don’t mind hanging out with older people at all but I’d love to meet some women my own age!! I ask specifically for women because although I love having male friends I find women’s groups to be safer/more comfortable for me! Thanks

Recommendations for Academic Journals/Texts about Social History

Hey!
I have a bachelor’s degree in Medieval History concentrating on post-Norman England (12th-14thc) and I’m incredibly interested in learning more about social dynamics/life of the everyday peasant, and especially women, but I understand records about women are not particularly well kept. I’d love to know more about hobbies/activities/social groups!

I know a fair amount about this topic, I took 3-4 classes on criminal systems, religion, education, and one class on women but I’m thirsty for more knowledge.

If anyone has any reccs for academic sources on these topics please send them my way! I’m not pursuing a master’s in the subject, I’m pursuing elementary education funnily enough but I still have a passion for learning more!
Thank you!!
