Hi Everyone,
I have received the above email from the OINP to update on my current status. When I submitted my application, I was on maintained status, and to this date, there has been no decision on my PGWP application yet.
What should be my response to the OINP? Kindly guide.
Anyone left who has submitted a PGWP application in September?
reddit.comHi, I have received an ITA under the OINP-PHD stream. I am married, but the certificate is not available to me at this moment. I have all the genuine marriage photos and wedding cards with me. I am going to submit my application and plan to have my Wife as the accompanying person. Do you think it would be an issue? I am attaching the Letter of explanation, which will be supported by other marriage proof documents. Suggest that if any of you ever come across this situation.
Spouse is living in the USA, and her application for the green card is approved under the NIW program (exceptional talent). I have recently received the OINP ITA under the PhD stream. Unfortunately, I have not received the marriage certificate, but photos of all the rituals and cards are available. In my application, I plan to mention my status as married and my wife as a non-accompanying person. To prove her residency in the USA, I will be providing her pay stub and VISA details.
Moreover, the consent form only asks about the accompanying spouse's details. Does it mean I do not need to provide my spouse's details in the consent form?
