New Para with three days to my name, any advice?

I am a new para and I have never worked in any kind of education field before. I think I am doing... okay, at least, since I haven't managed to let anyone get hurt or anything, but I need some advice on how to do my job because nobody is giving me advice until AFTER I stumble and realize I needed that information/tip.

Obviously every school district is different, but some thing are pretty universal like not taking behavior personally, so I want a collection of tips like that so I can reference it and hopefully keep myself sane.

Need advice on a fanny pack.

So I am starting a new job this Friday as a paraprofessional, and one of the recommended items by my coworkers is some kind of waist bag/fannypack where I can keep backup supplies like gloves, fidgets, snacks, etc. I subscribe to the "buy it once at higher price to save money" rule, especially since I will be working with kids that are known to rip and tear fragile material (rest in pieces to one of my coworker's favorite tops).

Ideally, the bag should have a lot of pockets to keep items separate for ease of finding things, and have enough storage for said items. It would also be ideal if the strap of the bag stretches slightly because some of the children have a habit of grabbing lanyards and loose clothing. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Best way to store Cassettes with O-sleeves

I have a few cassettes now, but they came in O-sleeves which leaves them vulnerable to dust and, more importantly, pet hair (which I have everywhere). All the plastic cases I see online have those pegs for the holes in the tape, which means the o-sleeve wouldn't be able to be in it. I like the artwork for the sleeves, though, so I want them with the cassette tape. What should I get to fix this issue?

Looking to get into cassettes, where do I start?

Analog music has always been an interest of mine, and since I already have records and my mother has CDs, I want to start branching into cassette. I just... don't know where to start or how. What do I need? What type/brands do I get? Are there any good stores? Which is better/more worth it for a beginner: Vintage or Modern? I saw We Are Rewind, but I don't know if that is any good either.

What are my options/pathways for finding an education/Special Needs job?

I live in an area where the most plentiful jobs are retail, food service, or education. I live in-between about three different nearby schools, so my options for that route are certainly better than anything else within reasonable commute distance (less than 15 minutes or in a direction I can carpool). I also live 30 minutes from Toledo in Ohio, but that would be a last resort.

What different paths could I take where college is either not needed until later down the career path, or where I can get a job first so I don't starve in the mean time. I don't want to be a full on teacher with the current state of things, and I would likely do better if I only had to worry about a few kids at a time instead of a whole class full of them.

How do I get my license?

I had called the person in charge of it to ask about it, but they just said that it is decided by the school district that hires me. Problem is, the schools around here won't hire without me having the license already. I am very confused.

Edit: Ohio State

RO Intake Tube won't stay in the hose fitting (Bulk Reef Supply)

Bulk reef supply ro systems come with a cap you can use on your hose instead of a kitchen faucet. Since my faucets aren't compatible with the adapters in the same kit, I need to use the hose for now. However, when I go to actually use the hose, the tube will not stay in the dang thing despite being fully inside. It just ends up popping out and getting everything (myself included) soaking wet. I have tried turning the water pressure on the hose down until the pressure gauge puts me in the ideal 50-80 PSI range for my 75 gal system, but it still won't stay in. I am getting very frustrated as I need the water for my plants and humidifiers.

The weather where I live is bipolar, so adapting my tent to a night time schedule while combating the sudden changes from 50s to 80s and back again is a nightmare. In order to combat the higher than usual day time temps (88-90 degrees, fine for the nepenthes but I also have other plants in the tent that like it slightly closer to 86 or so) I had to install an inline fan to vent out the hot air. Small issue with this is that the fan also vents out humidity and at a far faster rate than the heat. For the 10 or so minutes the fan takes to vent out two degrees of heat, it also drops the humidity down about 20%.

Do these short lived but sharp drops hurt the nepenthes? This hopefully won't be a problem once I have figured out how to coax my lights over onto being on during the night and off during the day. Speaking of, does anyone have any tips for that? Should I do it gradually or get it over with all at once? Will swapping the schedule cause pitcher loss?
