What do these cracks in the underground parking lot say about the building where we're interested in buying an apartment?

Photos taken at standing height. I've seen cracks in the walls of cement and stone buildings in my country, Jordan, but they seldom have such a visible gap. Could this mean anything to us as prospective buyers?
