I’m currently looking for some last minute firework deals. I’m trying to pick up a little bit of everything for kids for around 30 -50 . We never really get the bags since there usally filled with smaller boring stuff. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated
I am in need of advice and I got nowhere to go. This started a few months ago when I won a contest.there was an unspoken rule I didn’t know about ( new hire) that said we arnt able to buy things for the contest. Once I was told that I offered to return everything and restart because I didn’t want to cause any drama. They said it was fine but to not do it again. Well ever since then I have been getting treated kinda poorly. I’m getting blamed for things that arnt my fault or making things into issues. For example we have to put inventory onto our cart and move the cart into the vault. Well I guess at first I left a small part of a bin hanging off the edge and when asm opened she dropped a bin. I apologized and made sure to not have the bins hanging off. Well asm hurt her hand pretty bad and had trouble using it. Well I stared getting blamed for falling bins to the point I had to start recording every night how I left the cart. They would finish a product on the sale floor but not clear it from our inventory so when I came in and didn’t notice they would blame me. The music being too loud? My fault. Management needed me to open on Sundays so I asked the second asm to train me on opening procedures. She got mad and said it’s not her job and ran. I begged my gm to have a sit down because everything getting blamed on me and the Asms being mean is stating to get to me. Explained everything and nothing has changed. They keep doing small things like removing my rewords points but only mine not anyone else’s.im also autistic so I ask clarifying questions but when I do they say things like “ why are you making things more difficult “
I work at a dispensary so there’s no hr. I’m at my wits end I just don’t know what to do. I go above and beyond to help hell I’m covering an extra 2 shifts to help the gm out since Iv been in her boots befor as a manager but I don’t wanna cover the extra shifts if I’m going to be treated poorly. I don’t know what to do any advice would be appropriated.
TLDR: I’m covering shifts for my gm while management is treating me poorly. There’s no hr and no one on my side. Is there anything I can do besides quit?
