The agreement established the respective spheres of influence of both powers across Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and the Middle East, thereby removing the principal source of disagreement that, in the conventional historical timeline, would ultimately have led to the planning of Operation Barbarossa.
Between 1941 and 1943, strategic cooperation between Berlin and Moscow was primarily directed toward the defeat of the United Kingdom and the consolidation of their respective spheres of influence. During this period, the Soviet Union incorporated Finland into its territory, expanded its political influence over Bulgaria, and facilitated the establishment of pro-Soviet governments in Iran and Afghanistan. Concurrently, Germany consolidated its political, economic, and military hegemony over Western and Central Europe, further strengthening the integration of its occupied territories and satellite states.
Beginning in 1947, the successful detonation of the Soviet Union's first nuclear weapon and the subsequent termination of military cooperation between the two powers marked the onset of a gradual deterioration in bilateral relations. The ensuing struggle for global influence gave rise to the period subsequently known as the Tripolar Cold War, characterized by sustained geopolitical, military, technological, economic, and ideological rivalry among the blocs led by Germany, the Soviet Union, and the United States.
The idea was to keep the flag simple and minimalist, seeking to create a memorable and easily reproducible symbol. Just like flags in the real world, this one also tries to create its own identity and replace other hierarchical and bourgeois symbols. The official flag of Brazil, in my opinion, doesn't appeal to me, so I created my own original and creative flag. I removed the rhombus and the color green to distance myself from the legacy of the imperial family and the oligarchic republic. But I kept the circle and the stars because, in Brazil, the proclamation of the republic and the end of the monarchy are still celebrated. Feel free to comment and express your opinions.
The Reich is in decline, the USSR has resurfaced and recovered its territories in Muscovy. The Cold War has reached its peak, the US is stronger than ever, Japan is resolving its conflicts with China, and the beginnings of a multipolar world are starting to emerge. In 1982, Germany is in political and economic crisis after the death of Bormann, which resulted in the unpopularity of his successor, Gerhard Klopfer. The Reich may last another 10 years, until Klopfer's death, and then collapse, giving rise to the republic. The USSR, unlike Germany, triumphs over the fame of having defeated the Nazis and has recovered its prestige, glorifying Zhukov's legacy. The US witnesses a great advance in cooperation and globalization, but fears that the Soviets will become increasingly powerful and compete for influence with them. The USSR, in this universe, is parallel to China in our reality, as it competes for influence with the US and has a common enemy (the Nazis playing the role of the Japanese).

Actually, it took me two weeks to make them. I hope I did a good job and that everyone likes them. I know there isn't much of a story behind them, but it's the best quality I could offer. Thank you for your attention.
