Stocking 10 Gal fresh water planted tank

Stocking 10 Gal fresh water planted tank

A local fish store had an aquascaping class a few hours from me this weekend and I got to bring a tank home after I aquascaped it! The only problem, I don’t know what to stock it with now. I know I want a variety pack of different colored shrimp but fish wise I’m stuck. Any ideas on some fish that won’t eat too many of the shrimps? (excuse the cloudiness I just filled it with water)

Identify Growth on Saltwater Snail Shell

Hello! I recently added some snails to my saltwater nano tank and today realized one of the little fellas had this plant(?) growing on him. Any ideas on what it could be?

Stocking Fluval Evo 13.5

Hello all,

I am having trouble figuring out what to stock in my 13.5-gallon (about 51 Liters) Fluval evo. It's saltwater and after a while the levels are finally where I like them. Currently inside is a clean up crew and a smaller tiger conch to sift the sand bed that I plan on moving to a bigger tank once it gets a little larger. Originally I was gifted this tank, which I am very thankful for, but mostly I have expereince with larger saltwater tanks. What do we think would feel comfortable in this size set up? At the store where my mother purchased it for a gift they said I could do a mandarin goby but I dont have the copepod system in place for one. They had a display tank with a pair of clowns in it but I worry its too small. What thoughts do we have as a collective?

Thanks!

New foster won’t leave the bed

Hello! My partner and I recently started our first foster, we are about a week in and from what we were told she was very shut down in the shelter. She seems to be perking up more but spends all day on our bed, of course we didn’t mind and we’re glad she was comfortable but it’s gotten to the point where she won’t eat unless I bring the food onto the bed. I tried putting a high reward treat topper on her food and putting it on the floor and she whined and paced on the bed and basically acted as if the floor was lava. Any ideas on why she would be doing this or how we can get around it? I am worried she isn’t drinking because she won’t get off the bed unless we physically put her harness on her and make her to go outside to go to the bathroom and once we are back inside the moment we take off the harness she is sprinting to the bed again, if the bedroom door closed while we were out she will start panicking as well. Any ideas on what to do?
