Mine would be the F-4E and CW Germany map, Fulda Gap. Massively improved my Geography of Germany too which is a bonus.
Currently listening to the Red Storm Rising Audio book by Tom Clancy which has given me endless inspiration for missions to make.
Does a one wheeled Pinnacle landing still count?
Flight model could be better, but once you get the hang of the different auto pilot modes and fly it with very delicate movements, the chinook is a fantastic module to fly.
An Apache from 2-6 Cav 12th Combat Aviation Brigade, based in West Germany is out on patrol, when its re-tasked into neutralising a Soviet reinforced motor-rifle platoon that has slipped through the lines.
I was today years old when I realised you could fly the Apache from the front seat using George.
Let me start by saying I absolutely love flying the Apache, especially manoeuvring and also landing after a successful sortie. That being said, there are some days where I just suck at getting a stable hover efficiently, sometimes I do it first time with no issues and can start my target designations, but other days not so much. So being able to switch over and let George manoeuvre into position is massive, or just follow waypoints on a long haul mission. This gives me ample time to think about positioning once I get to my targets and doing my checklist without having to worry about flying.
The tutorial missions in the ‘start here’ are excellent and very informative. Learn more about the Apache than I have flying in the back seat for months. Also feels good I can be a CPG in another Apache with a player.
Picked up the Afghanistan map on sale, so will be making some missions there once I’m back from work.
While dropping off a Recon and a SP squad about 3km from a battle position, I received 25mm fire from a Bradley IFV, which damaged my pylons, making the ATGMs I had useless. I fired off some 30mm before returning to Fulda.
WWY Server is a lot of fun if you love the Cold War gone hot scenario.

Anyone have any more information on this? Thanks
Hi all, recently downloaded this amazing Livery by King_Lion1123 on DCS userfiles called the 'Flower of Ukraine', and it got me thinking about Rocket Lofting.
Does anyone have any material that could help? I can see information for the KA-50 and the SU-25 but not too much on the Hind for the shooting parameters.

Thanks!
