Warranty issue in USA when purchased out of country.

Bought a Giant bike from a dealer in Sicily back in Feb/Mar 2025 while stationed there with the military — €5,000 ($5,400). I opted to buy it without wheels to keep the price down, but it also came missing the 165mm crankset I paid for (still never got it). Part of why I went with Giant was their reputation for having one of the best warranties in the business. Picked up the bike and immediately noticed the paint cracking on both sides of the head tube. Dealer agreed to warranty it, but it took three months to get a replacement frame. I'd also bought a Cadex Aero Cockpit for them to put on the new frame. Got the replacement bike back, looked fine at first, but after a few miles the headset tightened up and the bars wouldn't turn freely. Something's clearly wrong with it. Three months of waiting plus a bunch of trips back and forth to the shop — I was pretty much done with them at that point. Moved back to the US, had a Giant store here check it out. They've looked at it twice now and agree something's off. And sure enough, the paint is cracking on both sides of the headset again, plus the tight handlebars are still an issue. Giant's policy is that warranty claims have to go through the country of purchase. So they're basically expecting me to fly back to Sicily to deal with a shop I don't even speak the language to communicate with and had a miserable experience with the first time. I called Specialized and Trek just to check, and both said they honor warranties globally, no issue. Asked Giant corporate to just replace the frame under warranty, no cost to me. They don't want to. Best they can do is around $1200 for a replacement frame. I'm not spending a dollar on a replacement frame. Anyone dealt with something like this?

New Camera App with Global Update.

I updated to the newest global firmware. I was welcomed with a new camera UI and Chinese characters at first. Gross.
