For all the lucky ones who have already attended, when did Ticketmaster enable ticket transfers for your concert? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience!
I bought tickets from Viagogo. When AXS ticket transfers opened a few weeks ago, I contacted customer service. They told me that the reseller said they had originally purchased the tickets through Ticketmaster, so the transfer wasn’t available yet.
However, when I searched online, the AI response said that Ticketmaster transfers aren’t available for es tour london leg and that ticket transfers are only processed through AXS.
Does this mean I got scammed? I’m so stressed out right now, and there‘re like a million butterflies in my stomach. Any response would be really appreciated!!
