i was wondering if anybody knew if the sticky monkey shake was a limited time product or part of the permanent menu, need to see if i should get my last fix before the fall menu drops 😭
so i’m having some problems with my app, on the 12th i had these coupons added to my account and i haven’t used them yet. yesterday the app forced me to update to use it so i did, but after it updated and i opened it both coupons were taken out of my account. the $10 off $50 has since been re-added but the $3.50 off $15 is nowhere to be seen. i was scrolling through other users posts and saw the app has been giving people hell for about two days now, including the toggle on your transaction telling you how many points you’ll be earning saying you’re earning none which also happened to me but that has since been fixed. should i give it another day to see if the system fixes itself or call customer service? i’m not sure if they could even do anything but i wanted to stack these with the 2x the points deal and that expires on the 18th so time is a bit limited
