Religious settlements is taken, what do you default to next?

Ignoring civ traits and specifics, what pantheon do you usually go for next and why?

I'm a filthy casual who usually misses religious settlements even on prince because I don't like to think too hard when I'm vegging out and playing whatever.

But y'all like to actually plan and think things through, and I like to read whatever thoughts you drop in here.

So. A penny for your thoughts?

A question for those of you who went to the ER for what you thought was heart trouble

What was that like? I've heard acid reflux is one of the major things people go to the ER for thinking it's a heart attack, and my symptoms have never manifested like that, but it sounds terrifying.

My friend recently went to the urgent care for severe chest pain, and they WILL CONTINUE TO FOLLOW UP WITH DOCTORS, but I wanted to ask for y'all's experiences on their behalf. What was it like, what did you bring up with your doctor for diagnosis, and how do you handle the anxiety afterwards?

Now my friend may not have acid reflux, so this isn't my attempt to diagnose them. This is just seeking out more information so that they can have a better informed discussion with their doctors.
