Alkaline water

Hi all I’m new here and just reading the posts which has some great advice but I’m tired of drinking alkaline water. I need something with flavor. Every drink in the supermarket has citric acid in it or caffeine. I don’t drink soda, but I did drink a lot of iced tea( Snapple etc). What are some flavorful drinks that we can have that aren’t nasty. Also food has been an issue for me. My diet consisted of cheese burgers, pizza, lasagna, French fries, etc. I don’t like turkey, salmon, vegetables or a lot of stuff mentioned here. Boiled or baked chicken only goes so far. I can’t eat that for every meal. Snacks is the same thing. I can only eat so much Mellon. I’ve lost weight because I decided to just not eat, and I’m dying for a cup of coffee.

Good or bad idea?

I know the branches snap pretty easily so there is minimal tension, I’m trying to open up the middle for more air( high humidity here) and get more light to the center.

Who is this guy

Found on a parsley plant right by my cannabis plant. Anyone know what kind of larva this is.

Tent stakes to open her up

Is it a bad idea to use tent stakes around the perimeter of the plant to use with plant tape to pull down branches to open up the middle. Like LST on a small plant, but on a 5-6 footer with woody branches. Just to pull down 5 or six inches without snapping the branch from the crotch.

Stem/stalk borer

I notice a big black blob on the main stalk of my outdoor cannabis plant that I thought was mud. It turned out to be a shit ton of ants. I hosed them off and noticed a hole and loose bark and suspect something living or burrowing in it and the ants were benefiting from the sap. I soaked the area with BT and the ants haven’t returned. I don’t know if I killed the borer. What else should I do.

Hype vs disappointment

I purchased a bunch of speedrun seeds because of the hype and reviews and I’ll tell you I’m disappointed. I’ve been growing autos and photos for years and never had this before. They are flowering at 8 inches tall, 3 bud sites on each. Is this a normal speedrun frosted cherryO’s plant? Or am I going to be surprised when it goes into full blown flower mode?

Here’s an update

My st Patrick’s day sprouts are outside and loving it. I have two 222 a white truffle and a space queen. I wanted to keep them in pots this year to control the size. I did 3 monsters in the ground last year and it was a lot for me. I don’t think they will make it to October in pots so I might put the in the ground in June/ July.

Started to harden them off since the weather was nice. There’s a space queen, a white truffle/genius and two 222’s they sprouted march 17th indoor so they have a head start. I’m doing them in pots this year because last year my 3 Cinderella/ Haze got way too big and a lot more than I can handle by myself. Here’s a pic of my girls Erin,Megan,Kelly and Shannon.

Not visible from Public view is one of the requirements for growing in my area. A secure fenced in yard is probably good enough but I’m wondering if anyone goes beyond that and uses shade cloth or lattice or something similar to hide their plants from neighbors view. If you have pictures I’d love to see. Thanks

I started my plants indoor march 17th (too early) for my outdoor grow. They have outgrown my tent and ready to go outside now but there isn’t enough sunlight hours yet. So they will start to flower and reveg in June, than start their normal flower cycle in August. How unhappy are they going to be? And what are the downsides? I know I messed up but it is what it is. They are space queen, 222 and white truffles/genius
