I feel like my hands cramp up significantly FASTER than it did on the original switch.
I would’ve thought that the bigger form factor would be a lot more comfortable and I think for the most part it is, at least in terms of being able to stretch out my fingers.
However, I’ve noticed that in my play sessions that last anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours tops, my hands cramp up SIGNIFICANTLY faster on switch 2, especially in handheld mode. Or one thing will constantly happen where half of my left hand, ESPECIALLY my pinky will just go kinda numb and it makes it hard to press certain buttons (I have to like rest my hand a bit and let feeling come back before continuing to play lol 😅)
Granted I never owned an original switch so my play sessions with one were normally quite limited, either borrowing one from a friend or playing smash at someone’s house. But I never noticed this problem before.
I was looking into getting some kind of switch 2 joycon grip cause I wager the flatness is making it that much more uncomfortable, but still undecided on that front. Have you found this to be an issue? And if so, have you found a way to combat it? Or is it just the pains of growing older?
Throwback to when I got this high score on kung fu ball. God I love this game.
I hope groove has some more “dual joycon” stuff in it because this stuff was so satisfying to get down (I know it’s supposed to be multiplayer but shhhhhhh)
