I’m currently looking for an urgent short-term loan of around AED 200,000 in Dubai due to some important payments that need to be cleared immediately while I’m waiting for incoming funds.

I am willing to provide security/collateral against the loan. I currently have:

• Gold worth approximately AED 130,000
• A car worth approximately AED 65,000

I am open to providing the gold and/or car as security, subject to a proper written agreement and mutually agreed terms.

The loan can be repaid either through agreed part-payments or as a full settlement once the funds I’m expecting are received.
