I'm getting diagnosed at 14 in like 9 days!! And that makes me think of how accomodations will go and all, its something completely new to me so I'm kind of looking for advice and comfort from people who relate to what I go through
As of now, I just keep my RP3+ always turned on and I only charge it up to 80%, is it bad to let it go all the way to 0%?

I'm getting my assesment report on the 28th and its very likely to confirm that I have ADHD, so I wanna be prepared on what to do when I get into/past the "proper diagnosis and meds" phase (Also, I'm 14, so no driving or marijuana for me!!)
