Picked up the remaster trilogy on sale and I’m near the start of San Andreas but I’m not sure what I’m doing with the stats & stuff.

I recently picked up Hitman WoA during the steam sale & having a blast so far but I was thinking about getting some of the extra content I see in the menus but I’m unsure how to proceed. I have access to hitman 1-3 but what “upgrade path” do I need to get everything? I see there’s a few options and it’s confusing. Also can anybody explain the difference between the extra modes to me I’m unsure. What’s the difference between elusive targets, Sarajevo six, patient zero, escalation, & the other stuff? I’ve finished the levels from hitman 1 so far and am working on going back through those levels doing all the mission stories & I’ve played a bunch of the first sniper assassin map but how do I gain access to the 2nd & 3rd sniper missions as well?

I’m not sure if there’s any mods or anything like that but I feel like this game is just begging for some type of “complete collection” of all the levels. I’ve finished both games twice now and I think it would be fun to have the first games levels playable in the sequel using its new equipment. I figure it’s probably not possible due to the licensing terms & requirements with all the collabs/dlc but I think it’d be a fun idea.
