Anyone give soup or liquid diet a serious try?

Once a homoeopathy doctor told me if you can go on liquid diet like organic chicken soup or other types of home made soups for extended period of time like two to three months, it might help my stomach to heal better.

I never tried. Don’t think I can make that long provably not even seven or ten days.Maybe at best can manage three or four days at most.

By any chance any of you tried soup or

liquid diet for ten days or even longer? If yes, did you get any solid improvement or healing of your stomach from the soup or liquid diet?

Don’t get that vomiting urge and usual stomach upset 2/3/4 times a year

Not that miss those but yeah feels strange from time to time when I think about those physical symptoms etc.

I mean used get those normal standard stomach getting upset 2 / 3 / 4 times a year resulting in intense 6/7-10/12 times going to toilet with diahrrea for 2 to 4 days and drinking saline for restoreing electrolyte balance and to stop diahrrea used to take metronidazole tablets 3 times daily for 2 or 3/4 days that used to make things normal if not fully healed soon.

Generally eating food that was not fresh and possible gone bad used to cause this also sometimes like eating extra hot and spicy food caused it too but that was rare.

Also probably very hot weather may have caused or influenced it sometimes if I remember it right.

Those purging diahrrea kind of felt like insides getting cleaned for those 2 or 3 days in a kind of way.

You folks from Europe or America do mention or describe this as food poisoning right?I read it quite often.

Also vomiting reflex or should I say vomiting function also doesn’t happen.Eating food not fresh or turned sour and bad used to cause this most times.Don’t remeber that happening in years. But I am pretty sure I ate not so fresh, kind of gone sour if not fully rotten/bad foods quite a few times in those years. But vomiting doesn’t occur anymore.

All these I noticed over the last ten years after suffering from chronic gastritis and functional dyspepsia.

which specific or particular antidepressant would help me fall in sleep for five to six hours...

And after like that five or six hours I would be able to wake up and function without feeling too sleepy or head feeling too heavy even after five six hours of sleep.

What I know amitriptyline or mirtazapine etc are like heavy duty sedating antidepressants.I don’t need such heavy sedating antidepressant.

So what antidepressant would just make me fall asleep quickly for approximately next five or six hours every night like at 11 pm or 12 am in the night and get up approximately by 5 am or 6 am in the morning and getting started with my day.

Suggestions please from your experiences or know other people having such usage or function from any specific or particular antidepressant.

It should also help fall in sleep quickly after taking like many antidepressant work or help such way.

One of the reasons asking for this because I have poor sleep discipline. So it would help me a lot.

How do the pharmaceutical companies so sure that their specific antidepressant work only on recepters they mention? Are they sure or like some guesswork is there?

On that context I wonder are antidepressant positive or healing effect really comes from all those receptor modulation or just basically all most all of those antidepressant induce long and deep sleep which actually restore hormone balance, restore repair and regen functions of human body thus helping healing of medical conditions like chronic ibs, chronic gastritis etc gi disorders.

Just this question is moving in my head for some time. That's why this post.Probably dumb.

Can I keep running this freeze at maximum thermostat regultor position of 7 for days?Because only at this thermostat setting our freeze's Compressor seems to getting started and actually running and refrigerator /freeze getting cool.In lower setting Compressor seems not activating and inside chamber of refrigerator/freeze do not get cool at all and get all wet and normal.

So our refrigerator plus freezer what is just over four and half years old was working fine with the thermostats regulator/knob at 4 position. It's like just about medium position on thermostat regulator knob [ our refrigerator has upper chamber freezer and lower chamber refrigerator ]

So the night before yesterday I took out bowls of food and heated some for dinner and kept the rest of foods in their bowls back in the refrigerator. It was all okay. Inside and food bowls actual foods all felt perfectly cold and okay.

So next morning yesterday when I opened our freeze again to get some foods out of it I noticed immeditely walls on side and backside were sort of sweating or wet and the normal cold temperature was missing. When toching the bowls of foods it definetely was those are not cold and rather felt normal in temperatarure.

So I was worried the food would get spolied I after a hour or so figured why not turn up the thermostat regulator and so I turned up the knob/regulator all the way up to 7 position.Only then I hear a slight click noise from the regulator/knob and the sound of freeze Compressor starting up.

Now yesterday I fiddled with this regulator and it seems our freeze compressor only stating up at the maximum thermostat position of 7 of the regulator or knob.

Anytime I turn down the knob under 7 and there is that slight click sound from the knob and the compressor seems to stop. That buzzing sound from conpressor from the back of refrigerator stops and refrigerator seems doesn’t cool.

So now our refrigerator is only cooling and compressor running when our freeze's thermostat regulator is kept at hughest setting of 7.

Any setting lower and the compressor does not seem to be working making that intermittent buzzing sound sound. And so refrigerator and freezer chamber don’t get cool and gets sweaty and normal.

One thing I noticed that though the refrigerator is functioning when the thermostat regulator /knob is kept at highest setting of 7.The back side wall of refrigerator seems to be accumulates a thick 3 or 4/5 milometer layer of ice. This layer of ice was not present when the refrigerator was working in regular setting before when it would cool in 4 position of thermostat regulator /knob.

So I guess and wonder can I keep using running our refrigerator at this highest thermostat setting of 7 for long or for the time being or for like 3/ 4/5 days before bring in a mechanic who repairs this freeze/refrigerator ?Or that would cause more harm for our freeze in next 3 to 5 days time.

Well noticed one thing there is a leak?? in the outside back wall of our freeze.Seems like its some liquid is coming out of the body of the freeze's backside wall just behind the freezer chamber.

Is that liquid just water or gas/coolant or so?Some kind of evaporator coil got torn inside the back wall and leaking coolant gas?
