Just finished a book and marked it as read but it didn't seem to affect the summer challenge. It was supposed to clear "Community Picks" but it didn't. How do I fix this?

Anyone know how to permanently fix it from leaking water onto the floor? Haha

Had a repair guy come and take a look. Tried to clear the drainage hole but the warm water he poured in did not come out. He also tried shooting air into it and also nothing.
