Septum?

Septum?

There's redness in the septum area. It's been there since the piercing and is still there two weeks later. There was pain during the piercing, but not severely so. There was no crunching or dizziness. I previously dried it out with saline, so now I only rinse with water. What could this be?

Septum problem

Hi everyone, I got my septum pierced two weeks ago. The pain was moderate, but the location was right, and everything was fine. After a couple of days, the pain went away. Initially, I probably used the wrong saline spray, which started drying out my nasal mucosa. It was so dry that the puncture was bleeding. I temporarily replaced the spray with bottled water, and it got better. But after two weeks, the situation is as in the photo. I replaced all the products with saline, and tried treating it with water, but nothing helps. There are no good tips online. There is no pain or throbbing, only itching in the pierced area and severe dryness with discharge. For example, I can't contact a doctor, and Google Chat only returns nonsense. Please tell me what can be done? I'm thinking of trying the LITHA method and leaving it alone for three days, but maybe someone has encountered the same problem.

Septum angle

Hey, I have a question about the septum. I had it done and everything is fine. They put in a small circular septum graft that fits snugly but doesn't press, and it follows the slope of the nasal septum. The question is, if I put in a larger circular septum graft, will it point perpendicularly downwards or tilt forward like it does now?
