I got into my car this morning with error… I called and made an appointment to take it in, but has anyone experienced this before or have any idea what is going on?

Has anyone ever had this happen? Where you purchased the Audiobook option, but it shows as a separate thing and you can listen via whisper sync? Or having both the phone and kindle be different?
