Anyone know why Belden gets so many power outages?

I don't know what it is about this place that makes the power go out almost every week, sometimes multiple times a week. Its always this one region in Belden as well, the area with Boggan Estates and FedEx. Today the power surged big time before cutting out so I'm worried I might end up with fried electronics as well someday. Im not sure if its due to the airport or military base doing something weird, but its just ridiculous and frankly unacceptable to have a power grid this fragile.

Tupelo MS is the absolute WORST for Uber Eats

I have been doing Uber Eats for over 5 years and gone to multiple towns and cities, but now that I've lived here over a year, I can say without a doubt that Tupelo Mississippi is by far the worst place I've done deliveries in. About 90% of deliveries here are over 10 miles from the restaurant to the drop off location, and its not too uncommon to see offers over 30 miles. I have no idea why someone would want their food brought to the next county over, it'd be ice cold and gross no matter what I do. Its not even local restaurants either, but stuff like Burger King or McDonald's, like... surely there's one closer to them at that point? I just don't understand why I never really get any orders that stay in the city limits, its absolutely baffling.

Lately I've also had a good half of the orders I accept end up stolen, which sucks because its about the only orders that look worth taking on the app. And of course, Uber no longer gives you base pay as compensation, so you're basically either spending a good 20 minutes with support to get them to cancel the order, or you just unassign and the next sucker can take it. Idk if there's an organized theft ring going on here with Uber orders or what, I've never seen it this bad anywhere else, not even in the rougher neighborhoods around Memphis.

Ever since the Iran War started and gas prices exploded, its been super dead as well. I go days without getting a single offer on Uber sometimes. I've just never experienced a town *this* bad for Uber deliveries that wasn't a tiny rural backwater place with no Walmart or something. I'd rather just drive 70 miles to Olive Branch instead at this point lol
