Since the two weapons already have almost identical stats, I wanted to ask what the community thinks.
Which of the two do you consider the better weapon overall, and why?
I'm deliberately ignoring the fact that the Ranger 73 can be used with Levering
I'm only talking about the weapons without any Trait additions
According to the loadout screen, the Homestead 87 with Flechette is supposed to deal 162 damage to the upper torso at 10 meters (center mass).
So I decided to test it.
• Less than 10 meters
• Center mass
• Training dummy
• Every flechette hit
Result: 144 damage.
Uhhm... excuse me, Crytek...
WHERE ARE MY OTHER 18 DAMAGE?!
I feel betrayed. I feel robbed.
Literally unplayable.
Am I missing something here?
Both players queued solo. The 4★ gets a 3★ Match MMR, but the 5★ gets a 2.5★ Match MMR instead.
Shouldn't it be the other way around, or at least consistent?
Well, I guess this is supposed to be like that and not some kind of whacky hit-reg, right?
