According to the latest Bank of America fund manager survey, India has a net -32% overweight reading , the weakest among the Asian markets covered.What do you guys think? Is this a genuine warning sign for Indian equities, or could extreme pessimism eventually become bullish?

I'm posting this on behalf of one of my close relatives who is going through a very difficult time financially. He is in urgent need of work and are willing to take up almost any honest job.
