Wreckfest 2 Crap-It Showcase

Some of my better creations in Crap-It over the last year.

I hope the devs will lean into Crap-It with some additional customization options, but right now you can still make some pretty cool stuff. If anyone has any questions about it, feel free to ask, or if you want to see more angles of a specific car let me know. A few of the stickers are from my friends in the =BAN community, as we share some of our decals amongst each other.

Which Fuel?

289 in a 64.5 and I do not know any specifics about the engine internally. It is a 65 block. 600cfm holley carb. I have raced with race built Chevy engines and this engine does not feel like anything special so I imagine mostly or all stock.

Been running 87 with lead substitute since I bought it. Timed based on that fuel.

Any noticeable gain to running higher octane?

Winch Advuce

Howdy all,

I am looking to buy a winch to drag my classic cars up an incline trailer. Likely going to go with the 12,000lb winch from Harbor Freight so I never have to worry about weight capacity and the price difference between that and a lighter one is not huge.

What all do I need? I would be pulling an 82 VW Rabbit and a 65 Mustang (V8) at times up a trailer that inclines about 30° if I was guessing. I have hauled cars before but that has always been with the ability to drive on. These older street cars have enough reliability issues that I want to be able to load without car power.

Front Suspension Upgrades

Howdy everyone.

64.5 Mustang. Originally an I6. Previous owner converted to 289. I dont know much about the current suspension but it feels like it reacts very poorly in the front to road changes and bumps. Almost feels like the whole front end lifts off the ground.

Will likely replace most of the components in the front for my winter project this year once it gets too cold/salty to drive.

Looking for some recommendations from people who have done some updating on these. I'd like more of a sporty feel rather than comfort.

I don't have power steering (keeping it that way)

I did new leafs and shocks in the back last year and that has been a huge improvement in road feel.

Mustangs to Fear One Piece Coupe Headliner 64.5

Anyone have any insight on when the one piece headliner will come back into stock if ever on mustangs to fear?

In the case of this no longer being made: Any experience with the TMI one piece?
